	Elaine Prowse, the Managing Director, has been with the company for 20 years. Elaine was previously Production Director at Bartek and has spent many years working hands on with the shop floor.  Bartek is led towards continuous improvement in both processing and customer satisfaction.
	Steve Groves , the Technical Director, has spent over 20 years in the design and development of both commercial and MOD sectors of the electronics industry.
	Dan Cook , Sales Engineer, is happy to deal with sales enquiries, ensuring customers get a prompt response.
	Wendy Pearce , Administration/Accounts Manager, has been with the company for 7 years. Wendy is the first point of contact for both purchasing and accounts.
